Founder and CEO
Mr. Kevin Chen is a highly respected and accomplished key figure in the skincare industry. In 2010, he graduated from Shaoyang Normal University with a bachelor’s degree, marking the beginning of his career in the import – export sector. This experience not only equipped him with valuable knowledge and skills but also ignited his enthusiasm for delving into the global business market.
Over the subsequent 15 years, Mr. Chen served as a senior project manager at Nox Bellcow Cosmetics Company, overseeing projects for numerous well – known brands. When working with Beiersdorf, he helped its brands strengthen their market positions. For Reckitt, he successfully expanded the market territory of its brands. While in charge of the business of Yellowwood Partners, he achieved a sales volume of 25 million pairs for Dr. Scholl foot masks. He also promoted the growth of related businesses of AVON and Perfect China, with cumulative OEM sales amounting to 1.2 billion RMB, creating significant economic benefits for the company.
In 2024, with his keen business acumen, Mr. Chen made a decisive move to acquire the emerging French brand, Dr. Chémir. This brand had already shown promise in the European market with its unique formulas and innovative concepts. The acquisition not only enriched his brand portfolio but also introduced advanced European skincare technologies, effectively enhancing the company’s market competitiveness. In July of the same year, he founded PBT – BEAUTY, aiming to provide high – quality yet affordable skincare products to consumers worldwide.
Today, under the leadership of Mr. Chen, PBT – BEAUTY’s business is booming, mainly covering two major segments. The consumer – oriented (TOC) business, centered around Dr. Chémir, utilizes an omnichannel marketing strategy integrating online and offline channels to accurately meet consumers’ needs, quickly penetrate the market, and earn a good reputation. The ODM/OEM contract manufacturing business relies on a professional R & D team, advanced equipment, and a strict quality control system to provide one – stop customized services for well – known brands globally. As a result, the customer base continues to expand, and the business scope has been extended across the globe.
Mr. Chen has a profound understanding of international cosmetics regulations and market trends.
