My tracking information says that my PBT-beauty products have been delivered but I have not received my products yet. What should I do?
Please make sure you've checked your mailbox and have asked your neighbors if they received your package by mistake. For more details, you may contact the shipping company or click the 'Contact Us' button below.

When will I receive my order?
Normally it will take some days to prepare your items before shipment, and another 5-20 days to arrive. You may refer to our 'Shipping Info' page for detailed shipping times to different areas: Shipping Info.

Why is there no tracking update on my PBT-beauty order?
As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your location. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, we ask that you kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates. If your order has not been updated for a long time and is overdue, you may contact the shipping courier or contact agent for help.

Can I set my delivery for a specific time and date?
Before placing an order, please refer to our Shipping info for the most accurate delivery estimates. Unfortunately, we could not set a specific delivery time and date for your package. Thank you for your understanding.

Why do I receive a 'Return to Sender' message?
Typically this is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the shipping company not having access to the delivery location.
If your shipping tracking info shows 'Returned to Sender' (as seen below), please click the 'Contact Agent' button below for a reshipment or a refund of your order.
Note: Please provide your correct delivery address when contacting us for a reshipment.

Does PBT-beauty accept orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO or PO Box addresses?

Am I able to return or exchange PBT-beauty products?
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to initiate a return, please reach out to us within 45 days of receiving your order. When you contact us, be sure to provide your order number and clearly state the reason for the return. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly review your return request. If the request is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased directly from our official website at https://www.pbt-beauty.com/. For products bought from authorized retailers, you'll need to contact them directly to handle the return process.When returning an item, it must be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The item should be unused, in the exact same condition as when it was shipped to you, and still in its original packaging. We will not accept items with stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic foiling. If the condition of the returned product is not up to the acceptable standard, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange. Additionally, personalized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Items that cannot be returned include those purchased through retailers, products purchased in error, and items damaged due to customer mishandling. Returns without a receipt may also be refused. PBT - Beauty retains the right to deny any return request at our discretion.

What should I do if I received an incorrect or defective item?

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
